Lettings

 

Do you need a venue to host a meeting or small conference, run a sports club or evening class? 

We have spaces to suit your needs.  These Include:-

  • A Meeting/Conference Room for business meetings, conferences or training events.  It will accommodate up to 36 delegates and comes fully equipped with presentation facilities and tea & coffee making facilities.

  • A large, bright, spacious, and versatile hall which is equipped with a projector, screen and audio speakers.

Visitors can access the onsite staff car park which can accommodate up to approximately 30 vehicles. There is also  street-parking outside. 

We currently have two-long term lettings on Wednesday and Thursday evenings but all other days of the week are available. The minimum time is two hours per session.

(Please note lettings are only normally available out of school hours and we are unable to accommodate single instance lettings)

"The Great Western Chorus have been using the hall at Fonthill School on a Wednesday evening for several years and found it to be a great hall for singing in.

We also book it occasionally on a Saturday when we want a longer rehearsal leading up to a big competition and the office staff are always accommodating & helpful with requests for booking these dates for us and replying to my emails."
